R21
Now it is time for the beloved R14 to grow up. Almost the same guitar but a little bit longer and a little bit wider. The R14 has now become R21.
But the biggest change is the scale length, going from 610 mm to 630 mm
Still a small body, that can be catogerized in to the parlor family.
Anyway you choose to use it I can assure you soundwise it will suprize you.
Choose from two versions:
The all solid tobacco sunburst sapele body, or you step up and choose a version with Torrified sitka spruce top and sapele back and sides adorned with a rope purfling and ebony bindings.
The all mahogany version has that old time dry mahogany sound while the version with the sikta spruce top has more overtones and longer sustain. Both guitars provides a very even balance.
The slim satin neck is fast with a nice woody feeling to it. The sustain is maintained with the beautiful ebony fingerboard and bridge.
The R21 is as usually buildt with Sanden guitars high standard of craftmanship and material, and a guitar that will feel like an old friend from the start
As options on this guitar you can have a very nice Sanden hardshell case specially made for this guitar in creme white and brown trimmings and a LR Baggs element pickup.
One thing that is good to know, this guitar in its case will fit very nicely in the overhead compartment on most airplanes.
