As good as it gets!
In 1989 The VRB entered the range of Sanden guitars. It has since then been the most popular model I have built. Now I would call this "new" VRB 2.0. I have dived into every detail in the process and fine tuned everything from the ground up. This guitar has a swiss alp spruce top, called moon spruce . The back and sides are some highly figured Sapele mahogany and the back is  three piece with an elegant curve to the wedge. I have alaways said , if you only going to get one Sanden guitar, the VRB is the one. The sound is big and well balanced. The guitar works for both fingerstyle and strumming chords. A guitar that never let you down. This is what I call a tue Sanden guitar.
