So, how do you go about ordering your dream guitar? The best thing is to first try out a Sanden guitar at one of our dealers, or come to our workshop, to get a feeling of what kind of guitars we are building.

We are pretty sure that you already know what you want. If you cant find an instrument in our dealer store or with us, you can special-order one. Normally it takes 5 weeks from start to finish an instrument. We require a 20% deposit of the purchase before we start to build the guitar and then balance the rest when the instrument is finished.
Your instrument will be given an individual number and we will take pictures of it. In case of damage, we then have all the documentation and can, hopefully, restore it to its previous condition.

If you come to our workshop and pick the guitar up when it's finished, we will do any necessary final setup and adjustment. If somethings need to be adjusted on your guitar later on , there will be no charge.
The only thing you have to pay for is the freight back and forth.
